Ingredients:

  • 1 package of taco size flour tortillas (about 12 tortillas needed for this recipe)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • Pico de Gallo (homemade or fresh store-bought in the produce section)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 3 cups of shredded Mexican cheese
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Baking dish (aluminum 9×11)
  • Non-stick spray

  16. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
