Mexican Stuffed Shells
8oz Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 LB ground meat
1 Cup Salsa
10 oz Green Enchilada Sauce
4 oz cream cheese
1 small onion
1 package Mexican shredded cheese
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
boil shells in salted water.
Cook meat with chopped up onions. Drain. Add hamburger, taco seasoning, and cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
Mix in a bowl the salsa and green enchilada sauce.
Stuff shells with mixture and pour sauce over shells.
Bake covered with aluminum foil on 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and add as much cheese as your heart desires and cook another 10-15 min
