Chicken thighs or breasts (your choice)
2 cans of cranberry sauce
2 cups of Catalina dressing
2 packages of French onion soup mix
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing, and both packages of French onion soup mix. Stir until well combined.
Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish or casserole dish large enough to accommodate them in a single layer.
Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring that the chicken is coated evenly.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil or a lid.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
If you prefer a crispy top, you can remove the foil or lid during the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
Once the chicken is done, serve it hot with the delicious cranberry sauce mixture spooned over the top.
