  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Add the frozen potatoes to the crockpot.
  3. Pour the sour cream mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Mix everything in the crockpot to ensure that the potatoes are evenly coated with the sour cream mixture.
  5. Top the potato mixture with a generous amount of shredded cheese. You can use as much cheese as you like, depending on your preference.
  6. Cover the crockpot with a lid.
  7. Cook on low heat for about 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once the cheesy potatoes are ready, you can serve them as a side dish or a main course.
