Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced green onions, sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pinching together any perforations to form one large rectangle.
  5. Spread the ranch dressing over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Spoon the taco meat over the ranch dressing, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Optional: Add toppings of your choice.
  8. Roll up the dough lengthwise, starting from one long side. Pinch the edges to seal.
  9. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent roll is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
