Stuffed cheese shells for dinner. It’s always a big hit in my house.
Jumbo shell -boil first
15 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp oregano
fresh cracked black pepper
3 garlic cloves pressed
I mix all the ingredients listed above together, besides the mozzarella.
I put the sauce down in the pan, stuff the shells( I use an ice cream scoop works so good) put them in the sauce, cover it with mozzarella cheese. Put aluminum foil over the top, put the oven on 350 bake it for 25 mins take the foil off and bake for an additional 5 mins.
