Ranch BLT Pinwheels Recipe
These Ranch BLT Pinwheels are the perfect bite-sized appetizers packed with creamy ranch, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes all rolled up in a tortilla. Great for parties, picnics, or snacks!
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Spread:
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and creamy. - Assemble the Pinwheels:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Add a layer of crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Roll It Up:
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Chill:
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This helps the pinwheels firm up and makes slicing easier.
- Slice and Serve:
- Remove the wraps from the refrigerator and unwrap.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
