I made a huge pot of this gnocchi, spinach, and meatball cream soup for about $12.11 (plus milk and spices i already had) it was 
Meatballs- $4.15 I used spicy Italian
9oz bag spinach- $2.37
1 pkg gnocchi dumplings- $3.72
1/2 lb mozzarella- $1.87
Cut balls in 1/4s and cook, in a large pot boil milk, a little chicken powder, dried thyme, oregano, basil and bag of spinach, once spinach wilts add the gnocchi and boil about 3 min. Until cooked through, add cooked meatballs.
