Tried my hand at the KFC Bowl Casserole. Turned out fantastic! I made a 13×9 pan and my 2 guys both had seconds with enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

This will definitely be in regular rotation. Instant potatoes, frozen roasted corn, chicken, gravy, and cheese. 400 until the chicken is done. I think it cooked for about 30 mins.

Edit: Bottom layer is 4 cups cooked instant potatoes, then add frozen corn, then frozen chicken, then pour both jars of gravy over the whole thing then top with cheese.
