Homemade Stromboli

Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Roll up the dough from one of the longer ends, making sure to seal the edges.
- Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
