Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Layer the pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Roll up the dough from one of the longer ends, making sure to seal the edges.
  • Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
