Chicken breast tenderloins
3 cups Flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
Add the seasonings to the buttermilk in a bowl
Add seasonings to the flour/cornstarch in a bowl
Dip chicken in buttermilk dripping off excess and into the flour/cornstarch mixture, then re dip in buttermilk and back into flour a second time. Let sit 10-15 mins before cooking. Assemble in tortillas with your toppings!
