Easy and cheap pizza quesadilla.

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:

Prepare Pizza Quesadilla Fillings:
Lay out two of the flour tortillas. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla.
Distribute the pepperoni slices over the cheese on one of the tortillas.
Assemble the Quesadilla:
Place the other tortilla, cheese side down, on top of the pepperoni layer, creating a quesadilla sandwich.
Season and Butter the Quesadilla:
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder and dried basil leaves. Sprinkle this seasoning mix evenly over the top of the quesadilla.
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Flip and Cook:
Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula. Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
Slice and Serve:
Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute or two. Cut the quesadilla into wedges or squares using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.
Serve with Marinara Sauce:
Serve the pizza quesadilla hot with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
