  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Stir in the yeast mixture until dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough into a 16×21-inch rectangle. Spread melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden.
