CINNAMON ROLLS

Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Stir in the yeast mixture until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a 16×21-inch rectangle. Spread melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden.
