  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans of canned chicken (or you can use shredded cooked chicken)
  • 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: dried thyme or poultry seasoning for extra flavor

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or skillet, combine the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soups. You can also add a bit of water or milk to thin out the mixture if desired.
  3. Stir in the canned chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it’s heated through, and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices you like. A pinch of dried thyme or poultry seasoning can add a nice flavor reminiscent of traditional chicken pot pie.
