Chicken Alfredo Bread with Homemade Alfredo Sauce:
Ingredients:
French bread
Chicken (cooked and shredded)
Mozzarella cheese
For Alfredo Sauce:
Butter
Heavy cream
Garlic (minced)
Paprika
Parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
For Garlic Compound Butter:
Butter
Minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Garlic and herb seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the oven.
Make Alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding heavy cream, minced garlic, paprika, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until it thickens.
Prepare garlic compound butter by mixing butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and garlic and herb seasoning.
Cut French bread in half and spread garlic compound butter on the cut sides.
Top with shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Season the top with paprika and parsley.
Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve, optionally with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
