Boil 1 pound penne
Brown 1 pound (I used 6 links uncased) Italian sausage add
1/2 medium onion chopped.
When brown and onions cooked add 5 cloves garlic minced and 1 jar 24 oz of spaghetti sauce. Add your favorite spices and mix together. Pour noodles in a casserole dish and mix in the sauce and spread in dish. Cover top with mozzerella and finely grated parmesean cheese. Put in oven 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Put under broiler a minute or 2 until a little brown. Serve.. .
