Blueberry Cheesecake Crumble Squares

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until well combined. Pour over crust.
- In a small bowl, toss blueberries with flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries.
