
Taco Ranch Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced green onions, sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pinching together any perforations to form one large rectangle.
- Spread the ranch dressing over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Spoon the taco meat over the ranch dressing, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Optional: Add toppings of your choice.
- Roll up the dough lengthwise, starting from one long side. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent roll is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
