Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with the spaghetti mixture and the remaining marinara sauce.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
