Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the spaghetti mixture and the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
